Senior Adult Fitness
Weekly: Tuesdays,Thursdays,Fridays at 8:00 AM
Body, Mind and Spirit! Our senior exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment! Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level!
Beginner level: Tuesdays and Fridays 8:30am | Aldersgate Hall
Intermediate level: Thursdays 8:00am | Aldersgate Hall
Seniors, this is a muscle-toning workout featuring strength training and some stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs.
Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
