EXPRESSIONS: Love Your Body Workout! with Peggy Renfroe

Come dance through life! The Love Your Body Workout is a fun, playful, non-impact, high energy movement form that conditions body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With moves and music to inspire joy, the choreography draws from a blend of dance, martial arts and healing practices like yoga. Done barefoot, the purpose of Nia is to choose movement that feels good, to find connection in community and experiencing God’s presence.

Peggy Renfroe has been teaching fitness classes for 24 years. Nia and yoga are what she is concentrating on now. She has also led small group experiences in Christian spiritual formation for many years. She loves being with God and walking in faith with other believers. We will move our bodies, have a devotional time and a closing circle. This will be a community of women pursuing their relationship with God, their health and one another.

Cost: Pop-Up sessions Free

What to bring: your water bottle, a mat, a friend, and be ready to play! Wear comfortable clothes.
