Senior Adult Fitness

Weekly: Mondays,Wednesdays,Fridays at 9:00 AM

Body, Mind and Spirit! Our senior exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment! Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level!

Group Details

Basic level: Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00am | Aldersgate Hall

Intermediate level: Mondays 9:00am | Recreation Center, Activity Room 1


Continue your health and wellness journey by joining us for a senior adult fitness class.

This class will follow all CDC guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19:

  • Please wear a mask upon entry to the building
  • During exercise the mask may be removed
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available upon entry to the building

We have been able to witness so much growth in their confidence level, their strength and balance ability, and in their overall sense of well-being. The fellowship that takes place each week is simply amazing! It’s heartwarming to watch the students connecting with each other in their faith and in their personal lives. To sum things up, senior fitness classes help you to stay active, healthy and connected!
