Looking for a way to get exercise? Join us for a game or two of pick-up basketball for fun, competitive play, and a great way to get the blood flowing for your busy day.

ADULT PICKLEBALL

Join us to learn, compete and enjoy one of the fastest growing sports in America.

Pickleball is a game best described as a mix between tennis, ping pong, and badminton. Played with a ball similar to a whiffle ball, on a court similar to tennis (but smaller) with a paddle similar to ping pong (but bigger) it is a sport created for all ages and skill levels.

The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

And no there are no pickles involved, unless you bring some to share with friends!

CHAIR VOLLEYBALL

Chair volleyball is a physical activity for 55+ adults that provides a fun way to be active. Because players are required to remain seated, those with limited physical abilities are able to participate. Regular participation in this activity is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-eye coordination and endurance. Rules are similar to regular voleyball.
